Level 10 PVP ranked league

Only characters and gear level 10 or under. No restrictions on gems or potions. Level requirement reduction gear is allowed.

This league will be held on a night of the week to be determined with a 5 million gold entry fee every week (subject to change in the future).
Time will be allowed between sets for cool downs to reset but not between individual matches.
